Lifecore Corebell 5- to 30-Pound Adjustable Dumbbell System with Stand Review

I purchased this as a way to save space in my small work out area and did not want to spend $500 on the Bowflex equivalent.It is very sturdy stand and each corebell is not too large.My only complaint is changing the weight amount.It is not very smooth and at times is even a struggle.I may end up having to put some WD40 on it or something to help the sliding mechanism.Since it is adjustable from 5 to 30 pounds in 5 pound increments, it is the equivalent of having 12 separate hand weights.I would probably look more at getting separate weights if I was too do it again.
