Aqua Jogger Pro Plus Jogger Belt Review

I've been using Aqua Jogger belts for years.As it happens, I didn't buy mine from Amazon because at that time they didn't have them. The belts are well designed, comfortable to wear and durable. They are sized by body weight so look at the different sizes carefully and choose the one that matches your weight.

The exercise is top notch and best of all, they are nearly impossible to hurt yourself with.I can't recommend them too highly for people who have knee or leg problems.In my case, I have several herniated discs in my back and the belt allows me to exercise without injuring my back further.A few cautions; the belt is not a swim aid.If you can't swim, this is not for you.Secondly, discuss the idea of water exercise with your doctor before you do anything else.Most doctors are quite positive about it.Lastly, water exercise is a lot more strenuous than it looks because you are working against the resistance of the water.I've seen claims that water is 400 times as dense as air and I suspect that it is true.So ease into it a little at a time until your natural endurance increases.

They come with a CD about water exercise. The people shown are young and quite athletic. They put on a show.But don't let their actions throw you.There is no reason to move as actively or forcefully as they do.Do what is comfortable for you.Any motion in the water is exercise and will probably be good for you.Start in water where your feet can't touch the bottom and just walk briskly.Later, work up to a slow jog.But, work at your pace, don't be buffaloed into trying to do what someone else can do.Enjoy!
