WOW! These clubs are bang for the buck.The craftsmanship is stunning and beautiful.It states these are 1 lb each but weighing them on my digital scale they are exactly 1.4 lbs each.The DVD is good, very traditional training techniques.You won't find fancy club swinging tricks like on YouTube.I'm a bit of a purist so that's ok by me.However the clubs are something to behold.Incorporating these into my workout regiment has finally given me a great way to really strengthen the shoulder complex.If you don't work the shoulder muscles on all plains (including rotation) you can get injured in sports and lifting.Purple Heart Armory Revolution Clubs are quality A+.Shipping is faster than what Amazon order history stated.I'm looking forward to buying additional sets.
