Skilcoach heavy trainer adds so many dimensions to your game. Improved my 3 point shooting range ( which was almost non existent in game situations) , so now people have to play me more honest. Improved power of my passing. Improved control of my dribbling. Also one thing I didn't think of, it helped me finish on lay ups in traffic. Great product. I would recommend to anyone of any age or skill level.
